Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry (Terms). These terms apply to the promotion and entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

2. The promoter is Sound United Sales & Marketing Australia ABN 44619418325 / 86 Peters Avenue, Mulgrave VIC 3170 / Suite 303, 754 Pacific Hwy Chatswood NSW 2067 (Promoter).

3. The promotion is open from 12:00am AEDT on 1st of March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30th of June 2026 (Promotion Period). Only purchases made between these dates qualify for a redemption in this promotion.

a) Eligibility

• Gift With Purchase (GWP) is available to customers making a qualifying purchase of participating model(s) in a single transaction. The Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series speakers are excluded from the Gift With Purchase offer.
• Each customer is entitled to receive only one GWP per transaction.

b) Gift Allocation

• The Gift is to be ordered at the time of purchase and delivered together with the main item (participating model).
• The type of gift received with the purchase of Bowers & Wilkins 800 Series speakers is determined based on the speaker model, as follows:

• The type of gift received with the purchase of a Classé product is determined based on the total retail value of the order, as follows:

c) 800 Series GWP Limitation

• The 800 Series GWP is limited to the first 20 customers only. Once this limit is reached, no further gifts under this category will be available.

d) General Conditions

• The Gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the Gift must be returned in its original condition. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
• The GWP Promotion is subject to stock availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of similar value if necessary.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the GWP Promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. In order to obtain the cash back, the online claim form must be completed in full and must state the purchased Eligible Product's model, invoice/receipt, name and location of the store where the purchase was made. Claims must include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Products purchased and paid for in full (balance owing $0) within the Promotional Period.

8. For technical issues with the online claim, contact our customer service via e-mail Marketing.AU@soundunited.com. Claims will not be accepted by post, email, fax or any other means.

9. The cash back will be paid following completion of the online form in compliance with the claim procedure and Conditions. The cashback will be issued as a Web-to-Wallet Digital Visa Card. It is the Claimant's responsibility to provide the correct email address details for the gift card to be sent. Gift cards will be distributed within eight weeks after claim validation. More information on the gift cards can be found here: https://truerewards.com.au/help-centre/. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this promotion.

10. Excludes commercial purchases, trade seconds, scratch and dent stock, discount clearance outlet purchases, ex-display or used stock and any lay-bys (unless initiated and paid for in full during the Promotional Period), hire purchase or rental agreements. Promotional Period runs from 01/03/2026 to 30/06/2026. Offer valid via online redemption only by 31st July 2026. These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in NSW, Australia.

11. The offer is valid on retail purchases only. 'Participating Retailer' refers to any authorised retailer that operates from shop fronts in Australia and is documented in the authorised dealer list (including both the shop front and any on-line store operated by such retailers).

12. Claims may only be redeemed via www.hifibundles.com.au. Eligible Claimants are required to complete all details to qualify and receive their cash back.

13. Any costs associated with claiming the cash back are the responsibility of the Claimant. Qualifying purchases must be finalised and paid-in-full before a claim can be raised.

14. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Prize suppliers, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Eligible Claimants who 'opt in' to receiving marketing communications during the redemption process consent to the Promoter, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, using the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning Eligible Claimants. Eligible Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information by contacting the Promoter via email Marketing.AU@soundunited.com. The promoter will not sell or otherwise share the Eligible Claimants' personal information with any other party for marketing purposes.
